Oliver Wright
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Oliver is Coming Up Roses’ founder, and since launching the label in 2023, has driven both the development and production of an impressive slate of true crime, royal history, consumer and travel series, documentaries and formats. Oliver works closely with Harriet and Andrew Nelson to deliver content of the highest quality that regularly achieves exceptional ratings, critical acclaim, and has sold to over 80 international territories.
Prior to Roses, he served as Head of Factual and Features at Channel 5 and Paramount UK’s in house production arm, Viacom International Studios developing and executive producing over 200 hours of high rating, critically acclaimed content.
Credits include Secrets of the Royal Palaces, The Wonderful World of Chocolate, Inheritance Wars, Nick Knowles Big Adventures, Broadmoor : High Security and Serial Killers, Diana : The Curse of the Spencers, TK Maxx : How Do They Really Do It, Burger Wars : McDonalds Vs Burger King, The Lie : Murder in Suburbia, Stephen King : Master of Horror, ABBA : The Missing 40 Years and My Crazy Rich Asian Wedding.
He has also served as Head of Popular Factual at Arrow Media, and Series Producer then Executive Producer at Endemol Shine originating and producing some of their most successful formats, including The Sex Education Show, Supersize Vs Superskinny, Katie Piper’s Bodyshockers, Superscrimpers, Snog Marry Avoid and at Maverick the launch series of Embarrassing Bodies.

Harriet Scott
EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
With Coming Up Roses from the beginning, Harriet is the creative force behind some of the company's stand out series and formats. As Executive Producer, she works closely with Oliver and Andrew Nelson originating, developing and executive producing across the slate.
Her Roses credits include creating and executive producing breakout Channel 5 format The Taste Test Restaurant, starring Tom Read Wilson and chef Mike Reid, and the hit factual series The 1970s Supermarket, which spawned a successful run of adjacent commissions. She has helped build Coming Up Roses into one of the UK's fastest growing factual labels.
Prior to Roses, Harriet served as Executive Producer at Viacom International Studios UK, developing and executive producing content for Channel 5 and the wider Paramount UK portfolio. As Head of Development at BBC Studios Factual Salford, she won commissions including Scouting for Toys, The Teacher with Tourette's and Michael Crawford: Some Mothers Do 'Ave Em.
Her previous credits include: IKEA: How Do They Really Do It?, Aldi vs Harrods: Who Does Christmas Better?, 5 Mistakes That Caught a Killer, Motorway: Hell on the Highway and New York: The City That Never Sleeps, narrated by Kim Cattrall. Earlier Series Producer credits include: The 100K House: Tricks of the Trade, Heir Hunters and A Town and Country Murder.
Harriet holds an Executive MBA for the Creative Industries from Hult Ashridge Business School, bringing commercial and strategic depth to a career built on editorial experience.

Andrew Nelson
PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE
Andrew has been at Coming Up Roses since its launch in 2023 and is responsible for managing all productions across their slate.
Prior to that he worked as a Production Executive at Viacom International Studios and also on productions for all the UK terrestrial broadcasters, including time on Panorama, The One Show, DNA Family Secrets with Stacey Dooley, The British Comedy Awards, MasterChef and many others.

Susan Crook
SERIES EDITOR
Susan joined Coming Up Roses to series produce the label’s first commission, observational documentary Kensington and Chelsea: the Royal Borough. Since then she’s also delivered ratings winner Malta: Jewel of the Mediterranean. In 2024 she launched consumer format, Taste Test Restaurant for the label.
Prior to Roses, Susan has worked on factual formats, ob docs and documentaries for a wide range of public service broadcasters and networks in the UK, USA and Canada.

Matthew Gillbe
SERIES EDITOR
Matthew joined Coming Up Roses in May 2023, and has since run several successful major series. Matthew has previously worked across many successful projects for UK and international broadcasters across multiple genres, from large-scale talent-led series including ‘Richard Hammond’s Big!’ (Discovery+), to supernatural documentary series such as ‘Roswell: The Final Verdict’ (Discovery+), as well as comedy entertainment and natural history

Christopher Osborne (Ossie)
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Christopher joined Coming Up Roses in May 2023 as Production Manager and in the past two years has overseen various productions such as; Motorway: Hell on the Highway – Series 2, Celebs at Christmas: How Do They Do It?, Sell By Dates: The Surprising Truth, Your Kitchen: 60 Years of Fads and Gadgets and The Taste Test Restaurant.
His experience is diverse across Branded Content, Documentary, Factual Entertainment, Reality, Sports, Scripted Comedy and Studio Shows; previously working at Bwark Productions, Channel 4, The Comedy Unit, KEO Films, Lime Pictures, Naked, Parable, Rare TV, Spun Gold TV, Zeppotron and Zig Zag Productions.
Other credits include Channel 4’s Paralympics Campaign, How The Other Half Live with Brian Cox, The Only Way Is Essex, Only An Excuse! and 8 Out Of 10 Cats Does Countdown.

Isabella Musgrove
ASSISTANT PRODUCER
Isabella joined Coming Up Roses in February 2025 and has since contributed to a number of the company’s productions, while also playing a key role within the Development team.
She brings experience across a wide range of genres, including travelogue, specialist factual, consumer programming, and reality television. Her previous credits include Gold Rush (Discovery+), Travel Man (Channel 4), Morning Live (BBC) and I Can Do It, You Can Too (CBeebies).
